Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24hr notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged.

We require ten days notice for cancellation of all group bookings. Cancellation within ten days will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.

Failure to show for an appointment will result in the full cost of a treatment being charged.
If you have bought a package treatment, then it would have to be availed within its time frame otherwise, the money could not be refunded.


If you are 15 minutes or more late, we can offer you a shortened service so the next client’s treatment is not affected.
Alternatively we will gladly re-schedule you but we will have to charge you for the missed service.
